Martine van Eck
Business Development Executive
Martine has deep roots in transport and logistics. Over the past fifteen years, she has fulfilled various positions for Van Eck Trailers, a family owned and operated company. Martine began her career with Van Eck as a sales representative for custom transport solutions, and she finished as member of management responsible for service and production. Martine is a hands-on business executive who finds the greatest satisfaction from driving development processes and motivating people who focus on sustainable growth and strengthening the company’s market position. Martine's responsibilities at BHB Dullemond entail rolling out new propositions and developing the associated internal organisation.
Education
MSc (95% completion) in Business Sciences (University of Nijmegen) and a BSc in Hotel Management (NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences).
Professional experience
Fifteen years in various positions (Account Manager, Marketing & Sales Manager, Commercial Director, Director of Services and Director of Operations & Services) at Van Eck Group BV, as well as one year as a consultant for Mede Organisatie Advies BV.
Hobbies and passions
In her spare time, Martine is a gourmand who is all about good food and drink. She loves cooking for family and friends and prefers making every moment an opportunity to celebrate. She also enjoys skiing in Austria and tidying up.
