In all the years that Pim has worked for A.S.R. insurers, he has focused almost exclusively on collaborations with the insurance intermediary. Within his national network of A.S.R. business relations, he advised on mergers and acquisitions and coordinated the financing of acquisitions.

Over the years, Pim has built up an extensive network in the financial services sector. He has a talent for bringing parties together and building bridges. Pim joined BHB Dullemond's M&A team as a Strategic Advisor on 1 January 2021.

A regular on the golf course, Pim is active both as a player and as a board member. He loves cooking and reading. He is also a fan of Pink Floyd and enjoys visiting Scotland.
